Minimum age is 12 years. A parent or guardian's signature is required prior to any in water activities. Basic water comfort and swimming skills needed.
Must complete the SSI Medical Statement- If there are any medical conditions indicated by a "yes" answer on the medical statement, you will need to get a
medical release from your doctor prior to any scuba activity.
