- Make up dives $85.00 per trip
- Minimum Age 12 years old

- Own Mask, Snorkel & Fins (may be rented)
- E-learning enhancement pack (log book & RDP)
- PADI Registration fee
The following items must be completed
before you can attend the class:
Student Record File - There are 6 sections:
Student Profile, Emergency Contact Info, Standard Safe Diving
Practices, Liability Release and Medical Statement. If Student
under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must also sign each
section. If you answer YES answers to any medical questions,
you must have a PADI medical Statement signed by a physician
before you can attend the course. If all answers are NO, you
will only have to sign the statement.
Read The PADI Open Water Dive Manual - There are 5 chapters to read and at the end of each chapter
is a knowledge review to complete. Tear out the knowledge reviews and keep in your record file.
Read the Recreation Planner Booklet - This booklet explains how to use the dive tables
View all 5 modules of the PADI Open Water Video or CD - Return the tape or discs when completed.
You must supply your own mask, snorkel, fins & boots - (rentals available)
